this is my minecraft forever world, which i have been playing off and on for about two years. this is all the information i have about it. this page will be divided by region in the towns!
tortop is the first and currently, the only, town established in my forever world at the moment. the name is tortop in english, and "aveig" /a.ˈveː.iɣ/ in the native language!
yes, this world does have a conlang based in it! however, the language is still being worked on, so it hasn't been implemented yet.
originally the starter house! after i built the mansion, i transformed it into a stable. it now houses toothless, my horse. the basement also houses a large bulk storage room.
this is the very first area of the world that i set up in. everything was contained in this very small plaza. the town then extends north, with the cherry path being the first official road established in the town.
this is the villager breeder that i gave a slightly less inhumane name, but honestly, it doesn't sound much better. but yeah, there's not much to explain here, except the signs i guess. i figured there should be some sort of in-story explanation for why i'm... trapping a bunch of villagers in a box, and i decided that illness/infection might be the least controversial option.
one of my favorite builds that i've made in this world, and also one of the earliest. i really liked the aesthetic of sandstone museum, essentially as proof that the people who live there have external territories in the desert (which they do [because i did lol]). overall, i really like how it turned out, and it also features a classroom in the attic!
the main road in the town, and the only road leading through south tortop, an in-universe breakaway chiefdom that has erected a largely symbolic foliage wall around itself, and prevents anyone from mainland tortop from entering. it also leads past the berry fields, the main source of food for the surrounding people.
this is the largest farm in the town, nestled up near the border of south tortop, right next to the union plaza!
right up near south tortop is the union plaza, which consists of the south tortop fishery and the union house. in universe, this is the area where the south tortop people convene for legislative and community efforts.
south tortop is a densely-populated villager breakaway chiefdom, situated south of the main town. because of agricultural disputes, they have ceded from the main city, and operate independently without any outside influence. their main exports are honey, vegetables, and wood. it is separated physically by a large ravine with a lake in it, which south tortop claims as its own.
the market takes place every month, which is the main way that trade happens in tortop. the main exports in tortop are all kinds of meat, honey, and sweet berries.
just across the street from the market, the government offices sit nestled in the side of a mountain. on the left sits the department of community safety and security and the department of culture. on the right sits the office of the chief and the department of trade.
